The MDRT Culture of Excellence awards are very challenging because they make me continue to work on some of the things that I’ve already established. To be able to qualify year after year based on the six criteria of the culture of excellence is something that is challenging and exciting to me.
The most valuable benefit that I have acquired out of the MDRT Center is the MDRT study groups for leaders. We come together in the study group to share our experiences; we try and experiment on our own and in the end, we come back one month later to to share what has happened and what transpired and how effective these strategies were.
The benefits of the MDRT Center are in the connections and the content that allow you to grow personally and professionally, to get sharp. It's that personal and professional growth that's going to transform you as a leader.
